About Marta
With a few years of experience and great passion for both of the subjects I teach, I pride myself on being a great teacher and an excellent private tutor. I am passionate, animated and aware that each student is different from the next and learns at a different pace and in a different way. I aspire to learn they style of learning of each of my individual students in order to help them achieve their goals.
My background in Creative Writing helps me to approach teaching in new innovative and fun ways in which the student can both learn and enjoy the information being received.
I encourage students to feedback on my classes and tell me what it is that they want to learn, in this way I can craft a class that is suited to the student's need.
I have helped A-level students to be able to gain confidence and strength in their speaking exams, taking them from low grades to marks that got them into University.
I also taught asylum seekers the basics of the english language so that they could communicate with the people in the surroundings.
I have gotten very good feedback from all of my students; they find my classes both informative and enjoyable.

I have a students centred approach to teaching. I see the student's individual needs and wants for the class and prepare my lessons around this.
A typical lesson will be an hour.
I have taught English at a beginner and Intermediate grade to asylum seekers.
I teach A-level students conversation classes and I volunteer, teaching Beginner to Advanced English to Asylum seekers.
My classes are for Beginners to Intermediate, and people aged 12 and up.
