About Bex
Bex Merry graduated from Point Park University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance and a business minor. While being at school, she was hired to improv at Eons Fashion show and modeled a piece from Marlin Monroe’s designer for “Diva Dreams and Fashion Queens” by Richard Parsakain in spring 2022.
In January 2023, Bex attended Kalakeli Movement Arts in Goa, India until April 2023 working with professional dancers and choreographers from all over the world. Such as Navala Chaudhari, Vittoria De Ferrari Sapetto, Alvaro, Kevin Edward Turner, and Gili Twena. Exploring new forms of dance such as Gaga, Scenic Exploration, Capoeira, Breaking, Floorwork and African movement.
Bex then traveled to London, England to dance with KWAM Collective for their new research phase of "Kit" in fall of 2023. While in London she also assisted professional choreographer Dane Bates for "Move it", one of the biggest dance events in London in 2024.

A typical lesson with me, won't be your typical dance lesson. We will discover the endless possibilities and go through a complete journey of conceiving new movement without consciously thinking about it.
What sets me apart from other dance teacher's is that I am 100% focused on what you as a human and artist want to work on. What are your goals? What do you want or need from these dance lessons? Whatever that means we will do. My lessons are for all levels from beginner to professional.
