About Nina
As a graduate from Pace University with my BA in English and MS in Publishing, I have had a wide range of experience. From working as a writing tutor for undergraduate and graduate students, writing for Untitled Magazine in New York (and being featured in various online editions and the in print Rebel Issue), as well as a writer and jr. editor for HerCampus Magazine, I have academic and career-related experience. Furthermore, my career in Publishing, from Hanging Loose Press to Simon & Schuster, has fine-tuned my editing and writing skills through author collaborations, copywriting and editing, and editorial reader's reports. Lastly, I received the Scholastic Excellence Award at Pace University, graduate with Summa Cum Laude, and wrote two theses (one creative and one research).

As a previous writing tutor, my method is to encourage independent learning to succeed, not just in the session, but in further endeavors. With a guided, motivating teaching approach, I aim to encourage, educate, and help share writing techniques that can be implemented in future assignments and jobs. From writing styles, to various outline templates, and thesis techniques, having conversation and creative stimulation is the foundation for brilliant ideas.
