About Amber
Hi! My name is Amber, and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as a Math and Statistics tutor. My educational journey gave me a deep, quantitative foundation: a Bachelor's in Mathematics and a Master's in Applied Statistics, both from NMSU—Go Aggies! I now use that rigorous training daily as an analyst, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. But what truly shaped my approach to teaching is the decade I spent working as a paramedic at UMC to put myself through college. In the ambulance, I learned how to stay calm under pressure, simplify complex situations, and most importantly, deliver clear, life-saving instruction when it mattered most.
