My lessons aim to teach and provide the tools you can utilize as you work towards your goals. My lessons are for beginner to intermediate participants. The main focus is food/diet/nutrition with a focus on activity/fitness. Most of our health and physique starts in the kitchen, not the gym. While food brings us so much enjoyment, it can also be our downfall. Let's start by building healthy habits.
