About Ashili
Hi,
I am a person who's interest lies in physical activities like dance ,yoga and other cardios.
I believe in the fact that when we have a surplus of knowledge about a matter then we should further share that knowledge with the world.
In here, i am gonna share my knowledge about leading a healthy and fit life and through this,i intend to make a difference in your life as well as mine.
This is something which makes me happy whenever I am down with my tensions and etc ..in life so , i am hoping that through our class you will also eventually can see the benefits of yoga and cardiovascular activities.
We can have a good interactive fun based sessions to make our classes interesting which you can see for yourself.

Hi Everyone,
First of all i should start with myself. I am more of a fun person whose interest lies within practicing the extra-curricular activities rather than an office work. And to practice more and share the advantages of fitness is something i look forward to. Through this way, i can make myself healthy as well as the people around me. My method of Yoga and Fitness involves a slight different approach.
In our classes, i will include those activites which are the interest of my students.
In my session , i intend to apply a fun based fitness track to my students.
All our classes will be an interactive sessions on base of leading a healthy and fit life in today's time.
And lastly to note that my classes can be done by anyone who's interest lies within cardio and yoga and exercises to boost your metabolism.
