About Criscel
My name is Criscel Jean E. Leones, a dedicated ESL teacher from Davao del Sur, Philippines, with a passion for helping learners build confidence in speaking English. I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in English, from Southeastern College of Padada Inc., and currently work as a part-time ESL Teacher at 51Talk, where I deliver engaging, interactive, and personalized online lessons to foreign students. My background includes hands-on experience as a pre-service teacher at both Sulop National High School and Southeastern College of Padada Inc., where I developed curriculum-aligned lesson plans and managed classroom engagement. In addition, I gained valuable professional experience as a Telesales Agent at SixEleven Digos City, which sharpened my ability to communicate under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments. To support my teaching expertise, I have earned certifications in TESOL, EF SET, and PROGOS (CEFR), and I am fluent in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano. Driven by strong time management, reliability, and adaptable instruction, my goal is to create simple, effective learning experiences that empower students to achieve their personal and professional goals.
