About Annalisa
I’m a 22-year-old who’s always loved math—definitely my favorite subject in high school. That led me to study computer science and cybersecurity because I love how fast things change in tech and there’s always something new to learn. I’m all about making tough topics easier to understand and helping students feel confident in what they’re learning. I like to keep things relaxed and approachable, so it’s not just about getting the answers, but really understanding the concepts along the way.

I like to keep things enjoyable and hands-on when I teach. I try to break down tough problems into smaller steps and walk students through them so they can get the hang of solving things on their own. I make sure they’re practicing a lot and feel comfortable asking questions if they’re stuck. I adjust my lessons based on what each student needs, so it’s never too fast or too slow for them. What makes me different is that I try to show how math is useful in the real world, so it’s not just some random stuff they’ll never use. With three years of tutoring experience, I just want to make math easier and more fun for them.
