About Panchami
I am a Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics graduate with hands-on internship experience in hospital settings, including clinical, therapeutic, and sports nutrition departments. Along with academic training, I have worked with weight loss clients and athletes, helping design personalized diet plans and lifestyle strategies.
I focus on making nutrition simple, practical, and easy to understand, especially for beginners and undergraduate students. My goal is to build strong conceptual clarity and help students apply nutrition knowledge in real-life and clinical situations.
I am committed to providing structured, student-focused, and result-oriented learning sessions that support both academic success and practical understanding in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
