About Uzaan
I’m a MindTinker, deeply curious about what shapes us—our thoughts, behaviors, and the patterns we carry through life. After many years of traveling and working abroad in education, I now live on the beautiful West Coast, where I continue to support others in their growth and healing. My daily grounding activities include ocean swims and morning journaling.
With a background in both Education and Psychology, I am a certified teacher specializing in neurodiverse learners. Alongside this, I work as a life coach, guiding individuals to explore patterns related to addiction, loss, trauma, and attachment. My work is centered on helping you understand yourself more deeply, so you can reconnect with your authentic self and live in a more meaningful, regulated way.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Psychology, as well as a Master’s degree (M.Ed) in Advanced Teaching. I am also a NeuroLife Certified Coach (ICR accredited through the School of Life), which supports my integrative, trauma-informed approach.

My approach is centered on creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Many of the struggles we face, whether addiction, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck, are rooted in deeper patterns shaped by our past. Together, we gently explore these patterns with curiosity, honesty, and care.
With a background in Psychology and an M.Ed in Advanced Teaching, I combine evidence-based understanding with a deeply empathetic, human approach. My work focuses on helping you understand why you do what you do, so that change feels natural, not forced.
I specialize in addiction, attachment, sibling loss and childhood trauma, supporting you in breaking cycles that no longer serve you. Our sessions are not about judgment or quick fixes, but about real, lasting transformation that helps you reconnect with your authentic self and build a life that feels aligned and meaningful.
Each session is tailored to you. You can expect a blend of gentle guidance, practical tools, and deeper emotional exploration—always at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
My work is suited to adults and young adults who are ready to look inward, understand themselves more deeply, and create meaningful change. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply know there is more for you, this is a space where healing and growth can begin.
