About Kath
I am a graduate of Behavioural Science (Psychology) - With First Class Honours. From this degree, I achieved a 7/7 GPA. I have previously been awarded a commendation for academic excellence by the Dean of the Health Faculty. I am currently completing my PhD in Sport Psychology and Skill Acquisition.
I specialise in tutoring university-level psychology subjects, as well as English, Geography, Biology and Health. I also have experience as a psychology tutor at QUT. This has provided me with versatility in terms of my teaching methods across different ages.
I have also undertaken a community aid initiative in Bhutan through sponsorship by the Australian Government. From this experience, I taught the subject of law in relation to business, government and community to high school aged students.

I sculpt my teaching method to best assist the individual student.
I assist students in forming a thorough understanding of their desired subject and its relevant assessment piece. I work with students to best structure their response to an assessment piece and develop an effective method of study for the rest of their semester.
From my lessons, I hope to provide the tools and frameworks that students may continue to implement in other subjects and in future university studies.
