About Bridget
Hello, I’m Bridget a Public Speaking Coach with an MA in Creative Practice and 15+ years’ experience helping creatives and professionals speak with clarity, presence, and ease.
I specialise in supporting people who feel anxious, stuck, or unsure how to express their ideas. With a decade of Toastmasters training and a background in performing arts, community radio, podcasting, and live hosting, I blend practical speaking skills with storytelling and creative coaching.
My work helps you move from self‑doubt to confidence, from scattered ideas to clear communication, and from silence to self‑expression.
