About Avighna
Hi! I'm Avi, a dedicated high school math student with a predicted grade 9 in math.
As someone a similar age to you, I understand the challenges of learning high-level math at our age. I understand the difficulties students can face and know how to explain challenging concepts in a clear and approachable way. My strong academic performance, patience and enthusiasm allow me to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
Having helped my younger siblings achieve high grades in math, I also understand how to teach young kids and make math enjoyable.

My lessons are designed to help school students (Primary, KS3, Lower secondary, IGCSE Foundation math and also IGCSE higher) understand math clearly and build confidence in their abilities. As a student myself, I understand the challenges of learning high-level math at a young age.
A typical lesson will include:
- reviewing schoolwork
- supportive help in homework
- learning new topics through clear explanations and helpful examples
- practice questions and exam style questions with full workthroughs
- a tracking report shared with parents with identified weaknesses
