About Layla
I am an eighteen year old music student looking to inspire new musicians and help them on their journey. I have been playing for almost over nine years and studied various different types of guitar playing - including pop, rock, metal, country, jazz, jazz fusion, classical and more. I also have studio experience and years of performance experience. I love getting creative and enjoy writing my own songs too. My creative side is also something I love incorporating and encouraging in lessons!

I use popular songs to practise and teach techniques. I have various technical exercises and personal tips to help improve playing and teach new things. I always encourage student input and take on board personal interests. My lessons will vary in length based on age and ability but I offer either half an hour or 30 minute sessions. I have tutored various players with differing ages and ability. My lessons are for any age and ability as long as they show an interest in learning.
