About Damian
Hi! I'm Damian, a grade 12 student at Saint John Paul II Academy. I've earned 5s on AP Calculus BC, AP Physics 1, and AP Physics C, and I train for Olympiad-level competitions, so I know these subjects deeply and how to break them down simply. I have a year's experience tutoring at Star of the Sea's math club after school, and also have 40+ hours of teaching as a Swim Instructor, and so I am comfortable with making hard concepts click for any age. I'm ready to get you confident and ahead!

I mainly teach math and physics, and I use a unique approach to learning. I focus on evolving the students ability to reason with problems and develop a full understanding of concepts, rather than having them simply memorize formulas. I like to use analogies and logical thinking to reason with problems and have found that this is also the most effective way to learn.
