About Tyhiesha
I am known as Ty for short and I enjoy reading non-fiction and spending time in nature. I am an credited TEFL teacher and a graduate in Psychology who also majored in English and Anthropology. I enjoy teaching because it helps pass on knowledge and I get to learn way more from my students and their manners of learning which inspires me.

The methods used for my students are well catered for their needs through; a Needs Analysis technique. I am also well aware of the struggle that comes with confidence when speaking a new language or learning new concepts in the English language, which is where my patience and nurturing of speech or pronunciation, and or with the help of understanding sentence structure or the rules of essay writing comes in. I am fluent in English and Afrikaans and will be able to help if you're based in South Africa. A typical lesson would include a structured 45 mins to an hour of concept learning, repetition, and implementation of the lesson of the day. I am available to teach children from the ages of 4 through to 17 and adults who seek lessons for either day to day English or Business English.
