About Nikki
Hello! My name is Nicole Elinskas, and I’m a Master’s student in Speech-Language Pathology at Southern Connecticut State University. I hold Bachelor’s degrees in Elementary and Special Education, as well as Communication Sciences and Disorders from Providence College and Rhode Island College. As the oldest of three siblings, I’ve always had a nurturing role, and I’ve been working with children since I was fifteen in church, home, and school settings. From a young age, I knew I wanted to work with children. That passion continues to drive me today, and I bring that same enthusiasm and dedication to every student I have the opportunity to work with. I strive to create personalized, engaging sessions that support each learner’s unique needs and goals. As a tutor, I am compassionate, reliable, and highly organized. I use evidence-based strategies and tailor my instruction to help students build confidence, strengthen their skills, and succeed in a supportive, professional environment. I look forward to helping you and your children reach their goals and have fun while doing it!

What sets me apart is my dual expertise in education and communication sciences, which enables me to break down complex concepts and support learners who may benefit from differentiated instruction. I'm highly organized, positive, and committed to helping students build confidence and independence. My tutoring services are best suited for students in early childhood, particularly those in general or special education programs, or anyone needing extra academic support in reading, writing, or communication-based subjects.
