About Mabel
I have been studying Qi Gong, & Yang Tai Chi for 6 years now with an old Chinese master in Vancouver’s Chinatown. Meditation has been an integral aspect of my spiritual journey. I have experience with Vipassana meditation & weave parts of these teachings into my own style of Qi Gong and Mindfulness meditation. I have experience with teaching Qi Gong/meditation to individuals and in group settings as well. In 2010, I completed my 200 hr RYT Yoga Teacher Training through Semperviva. Apart from Qi Gong & Mindfulness meditation, I also teach a gentle fusion of Qi Gong & Hatha yoga combo sessions.

My teachings are tools that you can use in your own life to help with focusing & calming the mind. Meditation is always practiced together. If there is movement involved like a Qi Gong & Hatha yoga combo session, I do the practice with the participants and I explain some of the movements before getting into the pose.
