My name nida,iam a fitness instructor and also passionate about workouts,there was a time when I was overweight, bcoz of my sedentary lifestyle,and one i realise i have towork on my body and soul to heal with different types of diseases , which i earlier had,and then my journey of fat to fit begans.

Basically i gives variety in fitness sessions like HIIT,pilates, weight training,core strengthening,yoga etc,my moto or goal is to provide deep knowledge of fitness and nutrition and to spread awareness towards fitness,and also educate clients for what to eat and what not to eat.
