About Sasha
Hi, I’m Sasha. I know from personal experience that taking a GLP-1 is about much more than simply taking an injection.
I’ve been through the everyday reality of a long-term weight-loss journey myself — changing eating habits, dealing with plateaux, staying motivated and learning what works in normal everyday life.
I created these sessions for people who would like to talk to someone who genuinely understands the experience and can provide friendly, non-judgemental support and accountability.
I speak English, Ukrainian and Russian, and sessions are available online.

Are you currently using Mounjaro or another GLP-1 and finding the weight-loss journey difficult to manage on your own?
I offer friendly one-to-one support based on my own long-term experience with GLP-1 weight loss.
We can talk about your progress, motivation, weight-loss plateaux, changing eating habits, staying consistent, everyday challenges and how you are feeling throughout your journey.
My sessions are relaxed and practical — you don’t need to prepare anything. You can simply come with the things you are struggling with or want to talk through.
I can also provide accountability check-ins between sessions if we agree this in advance.
Please note: I provide peer support and accountability based on lived experience. I am not a doctor, dietitian or medical professional and I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, recommend doses or replace advice from your healthcare provider.
