First of all, I believe that students and teachers should have a friendly relationship where students are not afraid to ask doubts. The very first step of my methodology is to make student/ students comfortable. The next step includes giving them a brief overview of the subject and telling them the benefits of learning the mentioned subject. Once, they are completely interested to learn then I'll start teaching them from basic to the advance level covering all the major topics. In between I believe its okay to crack some jokes related to the subject just to make the environment active. At last, its always a good idea to ask them if they didn't understand anything during the class. And clear their doubt without making them feel stupid about not knowing or feeling like a slow learner. Motivation should always be high️
