About Yash
I have done my graduation from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi. I played for the college team. Sports( mainly soccer) and Fitness have been my interests since childhood. They are two sides of the same coin. Fitness is the basic foundation for all sports and Sport is skill which is easier to acquire when fitness is achieved.
I constantly read articles and watch videos in this dynamic, ever changing world to acquaint myself with the latest of studies, researches , findings in the spheres of Sports, Fitness, Diet and Lifestyle.

Fitness is the basic foundation for all sports. Therefore it is of utmost importance to improve it to the best of one's ability. It is far more easier to learn a skill (sport- Soccer, Cricket etc.) when one is fit.
Therefore i believe that fitness is a pre-requisite for any sport. I work with people to improve their overall fitness so that it not only helps them sports, but in life too.
Another aspect of my training is making the individual more self reliant. My training methods deal with incorporating the latest of advancements in the spheres of Fitness, Sports, Longevity, Diet and Lifestyle. It is an art and can be practiced.
So the training also involves elements of self education.
