About Justin
My name is Justin Bonesse. Fitness and nutrition have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. It’s more than just training, counting calories, or trying to look good — it has become a lifestyle that has shaped who I am.
I’m passionate about fitness because I’ve experienced firsthand what discipline, consistency and dedication can do. Training has taught me that progress doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from showing up on the days you don’t feel like it, pushing through the difficult sessions, making better choices with your nutrition, and trusting the process.
Nutrition is just as important to me because I’ve learned that you can’t out-train a poor lifestyle. What we put into our bodies plays a massive role in how we perform, recover, feel and ultimately achieve our goals.
I’ve been doing this for most of my life because fitness has given me something far greater than a physique. It has given me confidence, discipline, structure and a mindset that carries over into every area of life.
What makes me even more passionate now is being able to share what I’ve learned with others. I know how intimidating it can feel to start, how frustrating it can be when you don’t see results immediately, and how easy it is to doubt yourself.
That’s why I want to help people understand that they don’t need to be perfect — they just need to be consistent.
