About Salomé
I’m Salomé, a 32-year-old 2L at UBC’s Peter A. Allard School of Law with a strong academic background and over a decade of tutoring experience. Before starting law school, I earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Comparative Literature and Philosophy at the Université de Montréal, where I developed a deep passion for critical thinking, clear writing, and strong argumentation. For more than 10 years, I have tutored students in subjects ranging from academic writing and essay structure to standardized test preparation. Now, as a law student who scored 170 on the LSAT, I combine my love of teaching with practical strategies to help future law students succeed — whether through LSAT prep, law school application coaching, or academic essay support. Looking ahead, I am pursuing a career in entertainment law, where I can merge my passion for the arts, culture, and advocacy with my legal training.

I’m a 2L at UBC’s Peter A. Allard School of Law with a 170 LSAT score and a passion for helping future law students succeed. I also have a bachelor and master degree in Comparative Literature and Philosophy.
I provide tutoring and coaching in three areas:
• LSAT Prep: Targeted strategies for Logical Reasoning, Logic Games, and Reading Comprehension, plus pacing and confidence-building techniques.
• Law School Applications: Guidance on crafting compelling personal statements and application essays that highlight your authentic voice.
• Academic Writing: Support with clarity, structure, and polish for essays, research papers, and assignments.
My teaching style is supportive, structured, and tailored to each student’s goals. Whether you’re aiming for a higher LSAT score, a standout law school application, or stronger academic writing skills, I’ll help you get there with practical strategies and personalized feedback.
