Fi is an excellent coach. She specifically helped me with strength and conditioning all the time being very aware and adjusting exercises to help with me strengthen and condition after my spinal injury and surgery. This helped me massively progress with my goals.
All the time she sets new progressive goals. All whilst being fun and professional.
11/10 would recommend!Fi is a very relaxed but focused coach. She is very competent and experienced with fitness.
