About Claudia
I'm a native German Speaker with the ability to break down language components and teach them to others. I myself know 3 languages fluently and am teaching myself 2 further ones. Learning languages is fun and keeps our minds sharp!
I have taught mostly kids and university students around doing my own studies (not that adults aren't welcome of course, the opportunity just didn't arise yet). I really enjoy taking people through the basics and making it a fun and efficient process of learning. I have however also taught 2 students who were about to take German exams in order to enter university. In their case we focused more on relevant material for the exams.
I always try my best and can accommodate any schoolwork or specific assignments into our tutoring sessions.sessions.

My main teaching method is to get people speaking and using words as quickly as possible. I believe that we only really connect with languages when we can express things in them. That's why vocabulary and simple expressions and the confidence to formulate even the most basic of sentences, is the best start. We can always learn proper grammar and all that, but what are you going to use that knowledge on if you don't know any actual words to form sentences with?
