About Jana
I have a bachelor's degree in Spanish Linguistics and am currently pursuing a master's degree in Literature and Anthropology.
The mixture of cultural studies and linguistics is my strength: I combine classic grammar exercises with current discourses from the fields of art, culture, politics and society. Because a language does not only consist of grammar and rules. Speaking a language also means understanding the country and the people.
I have been teaching German, English and Spanish as a foreign language for 4 years now and have therefore gained a lot of experience.
Whether in Seville, Madrid, Innsbruck or Berlin - I have taught German in different places and settings. Therefore, my classes are flexible and I can quickly find the right methods for you.
I really enjoy teaching and want you to enjoy learning just as much. Therefore, I always bring a good dose of humor and lots of different activities with me. Because it's in a good atmosphere where you learn best.

My name is Jana and languages are my passion!
I have been teaching German as a foreign language for all levels (A0 - C2) for 4 years now.
Order your dinner in German, follow conversations with friends, improve your German for the professional context, prepare for an exam or sing along to your favorite German song in the shower - depending on your goals and wishes, I will put together an individual teaching concept for you.
I work with classic language learning materials as well as authentic texts so that you can apply what you have learned in everyday life. I will bring you newspaper articles, videos, music and podcasts, through which you will not only learn the language but also something about current discussions in German culture, politics and society.
I can provide all the learning materials. In case you already have a book or other material, we can of course also work with it.
A session lasts 60 minutes and costs €28. Longer teaching units and intensive courses are possible. Online or on site.
