About Zia
Hi, I’m Zia! I’m passionate about helping GCSE Maths students build confidence and improve their grades. With a Grade 8 in GCSE Maths and experience in A-Level Maths and Further Maths, I understand both the exam content and the challenges students face. I know what it's like to not be where you want to be academically, I myself went from getting grade 5's to a grade 8, and I believe with the correct structure, discipline and tutor anyone can do the same. I enjoy breaking down complex topics into simple, clear explanations and tailoring lessons to each student’s needs. My goal is to make learning maths approachable, boost understanding, and help students perform their best in exams. I’m patient, friendly, and committed to helping every student succeed.

I help GCSE Maths students of both Foundation and Higher Tier improve their grades and gain confidence. My lessons focus on clear explanations, step-by-step problem solving, exam techniques and past paper practice. With a Grade 8 in GCSE Maths as well as A-Level Maths & Further Maths experience, I plan to tailor each session to student’s needs, helping them understand concepts fully and perform at their best. Lessons are structured, interactive, and paced to suit each learner, typically lasting 60 minutes, and are suitable for students aiming to pass or move up grades.
