My 5 and 10 hour packages are 7 sessions of 40 minutes each (and an extra 20 minute session if it is wanted) for the 5hr package and 15 sessions of 40 minutes each for the 10hr package.
I will try to refund any sessions that your child or I miss, with the condition that you must alert me at least one hour in advance. Refunds are conditional and depend on the situation, but in general a child's lack of learning due to their behaviour and attitude is not a sufficient case to request a refund, whereas if I miss a session or fail to teach your child correctly, I would be willing to issue a refund. There is a conditional deposit of £5. Please feel free to message me if you want to know about exemptions from this deposit.
