About Lily
I am currently on a gap year, hoping to pursue Biochemistry at undergraduate level. I’m very passionate about learning using the most effective techniques, doing this by honing in on what the examiner actually wants to see in an exam, and using methods of active recall to consolidate this knowledge.
I am also a very keen rower, and have had lots of experience in coaching children, further making me aware to the different styles in which people learn, as well as in tutoring academically.

Having achieved A*AA in Biology, Chemistry and Maths at A Level and nine 9s at GCSE, I know exactly what it takes to master exams. Having been in the same position as those of you looking for tuition, I understand the common mistakes that students make and I am really passionate about formulating the best plan for you, through being comfortable with various different styles of teaching and having genuine enthusiasm for the subjects that I teach.
I work closely with students up to GCSE level to tailor to their learning needs and fulfill their academic potential, through flexible sessions that work around the student.
Having had experience tutoring students up to this level, I am very confident sharing my knowledge.
I am approachable, friendly and super keen to help you to get everything out of our lessons as possible.
