About Millie
I am a 3rd Year music student at the University of York have been giving violin tutoring since 2017! I can also tutor beginner/ intermediate level piano (I have my ARSM Diploma) and music theory. Would love to help anyone who needs a little extra tutoring in the side of their regular lessons or some help with practice!

As I work with young students who have a main teacher my teaching method is to help with maintaining focus during practicing. Also, if the student is coming up to an exam I will go through sight reading and scales. As a Violinist myself I teach lots of different exercises and drills which can be further extended to other areas of music whether it be on a certain Scalia passage in a price or on their second instrument!
