Hey, I'm Jo!
I'm an English/History Teacher, the perfect combo of skills to help you wring the best S1/2 score out of your next GAMSAT Sitting. In September 2023 I scored 77/74/68.
I'll provide you with methodologies to get comfortable with the humanities aspect of the GAMSAT. I will teach you:
- How to approach these daunting sections
- How to practice most effectively
- How to maximise your scoring potential on the big day
My S1 Approach is based on interpreting diverse texts, processes of elimination/test smartness, and time management.
My S2 Approach is based on leveraging your pre-existing knowledge and beliefs to construct compelling texts (rather than memorising philosophy facts!)
I'm happy to give S3 advice but my speciality is the 1 and 2 :)

Subsequent lessons will feature essay writing workshops, drills for reading comprehension, and reflection on practice material.
DISCLAIMER - There are many awesome free GAMSAT prep materials on youtube: Don't miss out on 90+ GAMSAT (s2) and Jesse Osbourne (s3). If you do choose to go the paid route, I'd strongly advise you stay away from prep companies and paid question banks, and stick with private tutors (I have plenty of reccomendations for awesome ones)
