About Abhay
I am an A-Level student at Westminster School with some local tutoring experience from 11-16 - I am doing Further Mathematics A-Level (considering pursuing Mathematics at University also) and I achieved straight A*s at GCSE, including 97% at Mathematics GCSE. I am hardworking and perseverant and will ensure that the student understands the concepts and is clear about them, and will not move on until I do so.

My teaching method is based off the syllabus of the school/exam etc., as well as the individual student - all students are different, and some respond better to more talking through examples, some more to explain-and-try style teaching, and I will quickly ascertain how the student learns best and tailor my teaching style accordingly; generally, my standard approach wold be to go through some examples with the student, providing less and less help each time, until the student is working completely independently. When I leave, I would leave behind some questions for the student to do to practice. I am happy to give tutoring to all children from 7+ to GCSE for Maths.
