About Rebecca
English is not everyone's favourite subject, but it was mine at school. I want to use my love for English, literature, drama and reading to help, support and encourage students to reach their full potential. I am passionate about proving that reading is fun and accessible and that not all of Shakespeare is boring.

I tailor my lessons to the needs, levels and abilities of the pupil/ student, using a mix of activities, mini-quizzes, and discussions. With GCSE and A level students, I also work on exams, essays and revision techniques and help them build a revision study timetable. My lessons last for 1 hour. I have a BA in English with Drama, a MA in Publishing, and have worked as a tutor for almost three years.
My past and present students range from 4 years old through to late 50s.
