I have been helping my friends learn course materials since high school, so for about 4 years. I would say I have tutored a cumulative of 10 students. Many of my friends report receiving A's and B's on their tests and understanding the material much better after working with me.

I am a sophomore level chemistry major at Florida State University. I am currently enrolled in General Chemistry II so I can only help up to that level. I am also available to help with Pre-Calculus math and below. I often tutor my friends in these subject areas. As for my style of tutoring, with the subjects that I offer, I find it best to go through practice problems. I have realized that learning math requires much practice and chemistry concepts are often well-explained in example problems.

Mackenzie is a trustworthy teacher because she tutored me in chemistry and knows the material very well. She made it easy for me to learn and actually understand what I was doing. Whenever I didn't understand something, she was able to help me and explain exactly what it is. This helped me to prepare for tests and quizzes and really paid off. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling with chemistry and could use extra help. She's excellent!
