About Vijay Kumar
I am a post graduate in Fruit technology from CFTRI Mysore, 1961 batch. I have worked with many fruit preservation units in production management. I have good experience in large scale production of Pickles, Murabba, Jams, Tomato products, Mango canning, Now I have retired from active jobs, and give technical advice to people who wish to produce fruit products.
