About Arron
I'm a dedicated Specialist Paramedic with a passion for helping the next generation of clinicians succeed. Over my career, I've progressed from a student to a specialist practitioner, working in a variety of settings, from frontline ambulance services to urgent treatment centres and enhanced prehospital care teams. This diverse experience has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive in this challenging yet rewarding field. I want to teach because I am passionate about clinical education and quality improvement. My goal is to use my experience to help you bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world clinical practice, building your confidence and ensuring you are prepared to deliver exceptional care in any setting

Hello! I'm Arron, a dedicated Specialist Paramedic with a passion for clinical education and improving patient outcomes. With a first-class honours degree in Paramedic Science and a range of experience from frontline ambulance work to specialist and urgent care roles, I offer comprehensive coaching to help you excel in your paramedic training and early career. I've supervised students and NQPs in practice and personally developed and delivered a Level 6 academic module. I have a strong foundation in a variety of subjects, including trauma, ECGs, and patient assessment. My goal is to help you build confidence in both autonomous practice and multidisciplinary settings. What I Can Help With University Assignments & Academic Modules: From essay writing to understanding complex subjects, I can provide guidance to help you achieve your academic goals. Clinical Skills: I can offer support in key areas such as trauma management, wound assessment and closure, and advanced clinical skills like procedural sedation and intubation. NQP Fast-Tracking: I was successfully fast-tracked through the Newly Qualified Paramedic (NQP) programme as a high-performer, and I can share insights and strategies to help you navigate this transition effectively. Patient Assessment & Diagnostics: I have experience assessing, treating, and diagnosing undifferentiated patients in both supportive and definitive care settings - I can help you hone your patient assessment skills. Career Guidance: Having worked across various settings—including urgent treatment centres, frontline ambulance services, event medical teams, anaesthesia and prehospital critical care—I can provide advice on different career pathways within paramedicine. Whether you need help with a specific module, want to prepare for a clinical assessment, or are looking for ongoing mentorship, I can provide tailored support to meet your needs.
