About Claire

I have sat in 10 different 10-day silent meditation retreats. I have been studying yoga and meditation for 10 years. I am joyfully passionate about meditation and will inspire your practice with spiritual aspiration and bhavana. Meditation has changed my life, and I promise you it will change yours too.

About the lesson

We start our practice with 15 minutes of theory or learning a specific technique to deepen our practice.

Followed by an inspirational reading to set the tone for our meditation.

Then we will move into the details and process of the meditation technique.

We conclude with sending blessings.

And you have time for questions about the material and to share your experience.
