About Jo
I am a native Japanese speaker from Japan, and I enjoy helping people learn Japanese in a simple, practical, and enjoyable way. I am patient, friendly, and focused on making lessons easy to understand and useful for real-life situations.
My lessons are mainly conversation-based, where we practice speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, and natural expressions. I adjust my teaching style depending on each student’s level and goals, so whether you are a complete beginner or already more advanced, I can support your learning at your own pace. I also introduce Kansai dialect (Kansai-ben) for students who are interested in it.
I welcome students of all ages and levels, especially those who want to start speaking Japanese naturally and build confidence step by step.

My teaching approach is practical, friendly, and focused on real-life Japanese conversation. I believe the best way to learn is by actually using the language, not just memorizing grammar.
Lessons are adapted to each student’s level and goals. For beginners, I focus on basic conversation, pronunciation, and everyday expressions. For more advanced learners, we can work on fluency, vocabulary, and natural speaking. I can also teach Kansai dialect (Kansai-ben) if you’re interested.
As a native speaker from Japan, my lessons are suitable for all levels and ages, especially beginners who want to start speaking confidently.
