About Summer
Hi! I’m a relaxed and approachable professional English teacher from Montana with a degree in English education and several years of experience teaching non-native English speakers.
I believe language learning should feel comfortable, practical, and enjoyable. I’m patient and encouraging, and I create a supportive environment where students can practice speaking confidently without worrying about making mistakes. I have a neutral American accent, which can be especially helpful for students interested in developing clear pronunciation and American English skills.
Outside of teaching, I’m passionate about travel, creativity, and learning about different cultures. I love crafting, caring for my many plants, and spending time with my two cats, who are very much part of my family.
I enjoy getting to know my students as individuals and incorporating their interests into lessons whenever possible. Whether you want to improve your conversation skills, prepare for travel, work on pronunciation, or simply become more comfortable speaking English, I’d love to help!
