About Karina
I am a dedicated and professional online tutor committed to creating engaging, supportive, and well-structured learning experiences. My teaching methodology emphasises active participation, retrieval practice, and clear, constructive feedback to help students build confidence and make consistent progress. I utilise interactive discussions, recall activities, and short assessments to check understanding and reinforce key knowledge. Lessons are typically one hour long and are carefully planned to maintain focus and motivation. I am qualified in Law and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Immigration Law. I have also completed additional studies in business, psychology, cabin crew training, and functional skills in English and maths. My lessons are primarily designed for primary-level students, particularly around the age of nine, and I offer patient, encouraging support to ensure every learner feels confident, valued, and capable of succeeding.
In addition to working with younger learners, I can effectively engage with other age groups, including adults. I can support mature students in navigating their learning, developing study skills, and understanding complex subjects. My academic background and professional experience enable me to explain challenging concepts clearly and accessibly, adapting my approach to suit individual needs.
