With a Master’s degree and a strong background in my subjects, I am confident in my ability to teach effectively. I am a polite and understanding tutor who believes in connecting with students in a kind and encouraging way rather than using strict methods. I start each tutoring journey with a diagnostic session to assess how the student is currently performing. Based on this, I create a customized lesson plan designed to help them study with purpose and direction.
What sets me apart as a tutor is that I tailor every lesson to the individual needs of each student. I never scold or discourage them; instead, I create a comfortable and positive environment where students feel safe to learn and ask questions. I also allow students to share how their day has been, and I show flexibility with their school schedules to make learning stress-free and supportive.
My lessons are designed for elementary through high school students who need extra help with math, computer science, and English. I also assist high school students with standardized test preparation, including the ACT, SAT, and SHSAT. Additionally, I support students with college applications and guide graduate applicants in preparing for the GRE and TOEFL exams.
