About Brooklyn
I am a French tutor with over 5 years of experience, dedicated to helping students connect with the language through real-world content. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with French, which shapes my global and analytical approach. My lessons go beyond traditional methods and focus on how French is used today. I believe learning should feel relevant and meaningful.
I regularly use French news headlines, interviews, and current affairs podcasts in my lessons. These materials build strong listening and comprehension skills. They also expose you to authentic pronunciation and vocabulary. This makes learning more practical.
I focus on developing your accent, intonation, and natural speech flow. You will learn how French sounds in real conversations. I guide you step by step. This helps you speak with confidence.

My teaching approach focuses on helping you use French confidently in real-life health and wellness situations. I believe language is most useful when you can apply it right away. We start with essential vocabulary, pronunciation, and simple sentence structures. These build a strong base.
I teach health-related vocabulary in a clear and practical way. You will learn how to describe symptoms and explain how you feel. We also practise conversations for visiting a doctor or pharmacy. This prepares you for real situations.
I guide you in talking about daily habits and healthy routines. You will learn how to ask and answer questions naturally. This improves your confidence. You will feel more independent.
Lessons include role-play and speaking practice. I encourage you to speak from the beginning. This helps you respond quickly. Learning becomes active.
I support learners preparing for travel or academic goals. My teaching is patient and structured. Together, we build confidence and fluency. We’ll practise French for your personal care needs.
