About Bronwyn
I am a university student studying French with over five years of experience working with children in FSL and ESL classrooms. I’m a fun, friendly, and patient tutor who creates a positive environment where students feel comfortable and confident using French.
My lessons are engaging, structured, and tailored to each student’s needs, while still aligning with the French Immersion curriculum (Grades 1–6). I focus on making learning enjoyable while helping students build strong skills in reading, writing, and speaking.

I use a student-centered, immersive approach that helps children feel comfortable and confident using French. My lessons are interactive and adapted to each student’s learning style, using games, visuals, and conversation to make learning engaging and effective.
A typical lesson includes a short warm-up, a focused skill (such as reading, writing, or speaking), guided practice, and a fun activity to reinforce learning, ending with a quick review.
What sets me apart is my patience and ability to make French enjoyable while building confidence. I tailor each session to match both the school curriculum and the student’s individual needs.
My lessons are designed for French Immersion students in Grades 1–6, from beginners developing basic skills to more advanced learners needing support with grammar, comprehension, and communication.
