• When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?

  At school, when I started taking intense literature classes in French and noticed my natural love and passion about it!

• What makes you passionate about your subject?

  I am passionate about teaching French because it's a language that I deeply admire. Growing up immersed in French culture, I developed a profound appreciation for it, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. Teaching French allows me to introduce people to the beauty and richness of the language and culture.

• What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?

  I thoroughly enjoy meeting new students, especially those from diverse backgrounds, as it allows me to understand their unique ways of learning and tailor my lessons accordingly. As a 'Superprof,' I work with students of varying levels and ages, and for each one, I adopt a distinct approach. This diversity makes teaching more engaging and dynamic, as I believe every student brings valuable insights to the table. Furthermore, I take pleasure in sharing my knowledge to enhance discussions and provide clearer explanations of the subject, fostering an environment where students can freely express their existing knowledge.

• Do you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you? Please explain.

  Yes, I do. Personally, my high school geopolitics teacher was a significant role model for me. What truly inspired me about him was his strong commitment to teaching with passion and a wealth of knowledge. He had the remarkable ability to address any question while imparting a deeper understanding of the world's dynamics. I believe he played an indispensable role in shaping my academic journey as a young student. Moreover, I deeply appreciated his attentiveness to each student's individual needs, guiding us through every question and inquiry with care.

• What are your keys to success?

  My key to success lies in authenticity. It's essential to teach with genuine passion and dedication. If you're not fully engaged and proud of what you're doing, it's difficult to inspire others. By being authentic, you create a comfortable environment for students to connect with you naturally, making the learning experience more enjoyable.
  Patience is another crucial aspect. Every student is unique and may have different needs and expectations. Being patient allows you to build strong relationships, whether in a professional or personal setting.
  
  Flexibility is also vital. There's no one-size-fits-all approach to teaching. It's essential to adapt to each student's abilities and interests, making the subject relevant and engaging for them.
  
  Confidence is equally important. Students need to trust their instructor and feel confident in their abilities. Confidence breeds trust and creates a positive learning environment.
