About Princilya

I'm Princilya, a French coach with 10+ years of experience helping professionals go from complete beginner to confident, functional French - in under a year.
I work exclusively with working adults: international organization employees, finance professionals, executives, and expats who need French that actually works in real life - not just on paper.
My approach is different from a language school:

Each session is a private 1:1 class built entirely around you - your level, your goals, your schedule.
We start with a free 30-minute assessment to identify exactly where you are and what's blocking your progress. From there, every session follows a dialogue-first structure: we work through real conversations you'll actually need - at work, in meetings, at government offices, in daily life in Geneva.
No textbooks. No grammar tables copied from a board. Every grammar point is introduced naturally through the dialogue, so it sticks.
A typical session looks like this:
Warm-up in French - a question, a situation, a scenario from your week
Core dialogue tailored to your profession or daily context
Focused grammar and vocabulary pulled directly from the dialogue
Free production - you speak, I listen, I correct in real time
One oral task to practice before the next session
Sessions run 60 minutes. We meet 1 to 2 times per week depending on your goals and timeline.
Everything is online via Zoom - flexible, no commute, fits around your schedule in Geneva. *** for in person inquire ***
If you're preparing for the DELF exam, sessions are structured progressively toward your target level with mock oral exams built in from Month 2 onward.

What an absolute joy it was to work with Princilya. I came to her with a goal to achieve better french diction, specifically focusing on complex poetry by Max Jacob. She made sure to break down every phoneme in order to help me achieve a much better french sound.
