I have a BFA in writing from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). My fine arts background has given me the ability to see writing as not only a means of communication but a way to design narratives using language. I also host a monthly prose reading series in NYC.

Weekly one-hour sessions for either test prep or essay writing. I have mainly worked with middle school students (grades 6-8) but also open to high school and college level.
I like to structure my lessons based on each student's learning styles and needs.
