About Nuria
As a dedicated student at Kenyatta University pursuing a degree in education, I have always been deeply passionate about making science and mathematics accessible, engaging, and stress-free. I know firsthand how intimidating these subjects can feel at times, and that is exactly why I want to teach. My goal is to support primary and secondary school learners by breaking down complex ideas into simple, clear steps. I want to help students overcome their academic fears, build genuine confidence in their abilities, and realize that with the right guidance, anyone can excel in math and chemistry.

I specialize in breaking down Mathematics and Chemistry into clear, manageable, and highly relatable steps. My teaching methodology is strictly learner-centered, moving away from traditional lecturing to focus on interactive problem-solving, active student discovery, and conceptual clarity.
My Methodology:I guide students through real-world applications and guided practice to ensure they understand the why behind formulas and chemical reactions, building true critical thinking skills.
Typical Lesson Length:Sessions run for 1 to 1.5 hours, optimized to keep engagement high while covering core concepts and practice problems thoroughly.
Qualifications & Experience:As a university student currently pursuing my degree in STEM education, I am deeply familiar with the latest Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) and secondary education standards. I bring fresh, up-to-date academic insights and student-friendly techniques directly to our sessions.
