About Amanda
I’m Amanda, Founder and Director of Inspire Movement Coaching Online Academy, and I have been teaching movement, yoga and well-being for over 20 years.
I am an ERYT-500 Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), Meditation Teacher and Teacher Trainer, with more than 2,000 hours of professional training across yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork and movement.
Before moving into yoga and well-being, I worked professionally as a dancer and have taught internationally throughout my career. I also hold a Master of Professional Practice and a Post Graduate Certificate in Creative Industries.
Teaching is something I genuinely love. My approach is warm, encouraging and inclusive, and I believe yoga and meditation should be accessible to everyone. I enjoy helping each student develop confidence, learn at their own pace and find practices that genuinely support their individual needs and goals.

I offer personalised online yoga and meditation lessons designed around your individual needs, experience and goals. Whether you are completely new to yoga and meditation or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice, I will meet you where you are.
Lessons are 30 minutes to 1 hour and may include yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork and relaxation techniques depending on your goals and interests.
With over 20 years of teaching experience, I am an ERYT-500 Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), qualified Meditation Teacher and Teacher Trainer, and Founder of Inspire Movement Coaching.
My teaching approach is warm, supportive and inclusive, with an emphasis on making practices accessible and enjoyable for different ages, abilities and levels of experience. Each private lesson is tailored specifically to you, allowing you to learn at your own pace in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
