About Nicola
I am currently a grade 1 teacher at Destinatus Private School in Brackenfell since 2020 in the Western Cape. People are my passion and focusing on their strengths usually leads to me having strong relationships with them. I am a committed, self-driven person and work hard to obtain desired outcomes.
The fact that I'm task- as well as people-orientated brings a wonderful balance into my life. I pride myself in my solid value system that forms the basis of all my decisions. I am a quick learner and I believe that acquiring knowledge is an exciting journey without end.
My natural love for children makes for good interpersonal relationships and being a teacher gives me a great form of purpose, I cannot even remember ever wanting to be anything other. I work well together in a team and if I am expected to perform a task individually, I do it to the best of my ability. I am an honest and sincere person, who strives to always give my best. I am full of innovative ideas, imaginative solutions and I’m always motivated and organized. Children are my passion, and it is my life goal to make a difference in their school career.

Teaching is my passion and children are my motivation to make my lessons more interesting and to make sure the child is growing mentally and physically.
